Our rental pricing is structured to be all-inclusive. We believe in upfront, honest and straight forward pricing. You can book with ease and know exactly how to budget for your upcoming event.

Our delivery fee minimum is $80 within 10 miles of our warehouse or $8 per mile from our warehouse in East Norriton, PA 19403 if your event is more than 10 miles from us.

All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is due at time of booking to reserve your marquees and be added to our calendar. You’ll be invoiced for the remainder of your rental and any add ons once we've discussed and finalized the details of your event.

We will not hold marquees for you until your deposit is received.

Please Note: We do not respond to inquiries during peak hours (Fri-Sun) when our balloon biz is poppin’, but your order inquiry is very important to us! We will do our best to be in touch within 48 hours.

  • Each marquee is 3’ tall. The width varies depending on the letter or number.

  • Our LED Marquees are manufactured from a high quality metal and finished with a powder coated white paint for a clean, modern and bright look.

    No bulbs, no glass, no heat, just fun!

  • The option to change the light colors of your marquees is included in the pricing. We offer 180 different preset color effects to choose from and can even have the colors pulse to your music!

  • All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is due at time of booking to reserve your marquees and be added to our calendar. Please note, your marquees ARE NOT held for you until your deposit is received.

    The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your scheduled event.

    If your event date is within the 14 Day window of your reservation the full balance will be due to reserve your letters on your date.

  • Our standard rental period includes same day delivery and pickup between the hours of 7:30am and 11:30pm. Early morning setups and late night pickups will be subject to an additional $50/hour charge.

    Want to keep them longer? No problem! We offer extended rental options as well based on availability.

  • Yes! However, we do require a backup plan in the case of inclement weather.

    Our marquees can withstand light rain, but would need to be moved indoors in high winds or heavy rain.

    We cannot setup outdoors if wind gusts exceed 20 mph.

  • We offer set up both indoors and outdoors on any LEVEL SURFACE that includes grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, pavers and sports courts. For your safety and to avoid damage to our marquees, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt or uneven surfaces. If you have any questions on where to position your marquees, our team would be happy to make an informed recommendation during our planning process.

  • We rent our marquees to clients in the Philadelphia area and surrounding counties (Montco, Bucks, Delco and parts of South Jersey).

    Our territory extends north to Allentown, as south as the Jersey Shore and parts of Delaware.

  • The sooner the better! We do have a very large inventory, but we book on first-come first-served basis based on inventory availability. Inquiring early and leaving a deposit will ensure we have the inventory you need reserved just for you!

    Planning something lat minute? We will do or best to accommodate your last minute request based on availability.

  • If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 14 days prior to your event date and we would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than 14 days from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled.

    Deposits are non-refundable.
